Site Security

The mr2.micahrichards.com website runs from a secure server which uses 128bit SSL encryption. This is to encrypt all data as it is transferred over the Internet.

Credit Card Security

Items purchased online are processed via a secure credit card ordering system and any payment transactions are processed securely using a minimum of 128bit SSL encryption. We work with Paypal. Your credit card details are not held by us on our servers.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, SWITCH, DELTA and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

Payment Authorisation

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email usually within a few minutes advising you of the reason why. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, we will send you an email as soon as possible to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order – generally this will be an automated e-mail response.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. On the rare occasion that the goods you have ordered are not available we will inform you of this as soon as possible with an explanation of why this has happened.

Accuracy of content

Mr2.micahrichards.com has taken care to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices on the website. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. On the rare occasion that this may happen we would make every effort to keep you as informed as possible and discuss revised delivery timescales with you.

We aim to post your order as soon as we can, usually within 3 days of confirmation of payment. All items will be the sent First Class Signed For from the Post Office. Once the package is in the hands of the Post Office, they are responsible for any delays or damage to the item.
After each processed sale we will send you the tracking number to allow you to track your parcel.

The costs for UK delivery range between £2.50 and £4.95 for the first item and an additional £.0.75p for any extra items thereafter. Please note, we can currently only deliver items to your card billing address.

All UK Offshore items will be charged at £15.95 plus an additional £0.75p for any extra items thereafter.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. 
Please note these charges are levied by your government not by Mr2.micahrichards.com.
If you or someone acting on your behalf rejects the goods at the point of delivery then Mr2.micahrichards.com will charge you for all the associated delivery and administration charges.

Complaints

Mr2.micahrichards.com always aims to provide the highest level of customer service. If you feel that we have not met that aim, then please contact us. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible but always within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress.

Links to other websites

We may place links on our website to other websites that we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Mr2.micahrichards.com cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

English Law

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions from time to time

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases from Mr2.micahrichards.com, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund on condition that:

  • The products are returned to us within 14 days
  • The product returned to us MUST be in its original condition
  • The items still have all tags still attached
  • A copy of the original invoice/delivery note is returned with the item

In the case of refunds, we will credit you via the card you originally used, minus the postage costs, and will do this as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 working days (please note it may take longer than this to show on your statement).

Please note – If a return is received without tags or packaging, or if we have any reason to believe the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the item and will return it to you.

WE RECOMMEND THAT RETURNS ARE PROPERLY AND SECURELY WRAPPED AND ARE SENT VIA A RECORDED DELIVERY / GUARANTEED SIGNED DELIVERY SERVICE TO Mr2.micahrichards.com AS WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST.
